Any purchase on the site https://babybulles.co automatically entails acceptance of the entirety of these conditions which the Customer acknowledges having read prior to his order.
The Customer who buys on the site declares that he/she is legally capable of committing himself/herself under the present general conditions of sale.
The main characteristics of the Products and in particular the specifications, illustrations and prices are presented on the Site. It is the Customer’s responsibility to take this into account before purchasing. The prices of the Products are indicated in € and include all taxes. MAISON BULLES reserves the right to modify them without notice. In any case, the Products will be charged to the Customer on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the validation of the Order.
The prices indicated do not include the delivery costs that will be charged in addition, under the conditions indicated on the website and calculated before the Order is placed. The payment requested from the Customer corresponds to the total amount of the purchase, including these costs.
The order is validated once the payment has been accepted by MAISON BULLES. MAISON BULLES reserves the right to refuse an order if the customer already has a dispute with MAISON BULLES. MAISON BULLES will honor orders received, only while supplies last.

– by credit card (CB, Visa or Mastercard) via the secure payment platform Stripe.MAISON BULLES entrusts the security of its transactions to the provider Stripe. The banking data circulate on the Internet network only in encrypted form, that is to say that they are coded in such a way as to make them totally unreadable and are thus never kept by MAISON BULLES.
Promotional codes apply to non-rebate base prices only. Promotional codes cannot be combined with each other or with vouchers. Promotional codes can be used 1 time per customer account unless otherwise instructed by MAISON BULLES. These codes are not refundable during an exchange.
Orders are processed as soon as possible so that packages are shipped within 48 working hours after receipt of your payment, but this period may extend to 5 working days during periods of high commercial activity.
Delivery in Metropolitan France, Andorra and Monaco.
The standard shipping method is Colissimo delivered without signature. Your order is delivered to your home within 2-3 days after shipment. This service is charged at 6 € TTC for any order under 60 € TTC.
Shipping costs for Metropolitan France, Andorra and Monaco are free for any order over 60 € TTC.

Delivery in French overseas departments and territories and in the European Union.
The standard shipping method is Colissimo delivered without signature. Your order is delivered to your home within 2-4 days after shipment. This service is charged at 10 € TTC.
Your order is shipped via international carriers and is delivered to your home within 5-6 days after shipment. This time frame is indicative and does not take into account the possible examination by the customs service. This service is charged at 20 € including VAT.
.The Products remain the full property of MAISON BULLES until the reception of the total amount due paid by the Customer, whatever the delivery date of the Products.
According to the article L. 216-4 of the French Consumer Code, whatever the date of the transfer of ownership of the Products, the transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration of the Products will only be realized when the Customer takes physical possession of the Products, that is to say, upon delivery. The Products therefore travel at the risk of MAISON BULLES.
.The Customer has a period of 14 days from the day of receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason.In accordance with Article L.121-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal can not be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods that have been unsealed by the Customer after delivery and can not be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (eg: care products, makeup …). Any goods returned to MAISON BULLES in contradiction with the article L.121-28 of the Consumer Code will be sent back to the Customer at the expense of MAISON BULLES without the Customer being able to demand any compensation.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify MAISON BULLES (7 rue Greffulhe, 75008 Paris – email@example.com) of his decision to withdraw before the expiration of the deadline by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post or email). In case of withdrawal by the customer, MAISON BULLES will reimburse the amount of the order, including the shipping costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that the customer has chosen a more expensive shipping method than the standard one proposed by MAISON BULLES) at the latest fourteen days from the day MAISON BULLES is informed of the withdrawal decision.
MAISON BULLES may defer the refund until receipt of the returned products or until the customer has provided proof of shipment of the products, whichever comes first.
MAISON BULLES will proceed with the refund using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different method and that this refund does not incur any costs for the Customer.
The Customer will have to return the goods to MAISON BULLES, 7 rue Greffulhe, 75008 PARIS, at the latest fourteen days after the Customer has communicated his decision to withdraw. This period is considered to be respected if the Customer sends back the goods before the expiration of the fourteen days period.
The Customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
The Customer’s responsibility is only engaged with regard to the depreciation of the good resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of this good.
MAISON BULLES will not be liable to any third party for any indirect damage, special damage or incident resulting from negligence, failure or clumsiness of the Customer, or resulting from misuse by the Customer of any of the products offered for sale on the website www.babybulles.com. Regarding the access to the website, the consultation of the website, the ordering process, the payment, the delivery and the service, MAISON BULLES has only an obligation of means. MAISON BULLES cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the Internet network, including any disruption of the connection or any intrusion of computer viruses. Furthermore, MAISON BULLES is not responsible for any event qualified as force majeure according to the jurisprudence of the Court of Cassation. Finally, the responsibility of MAISON BULLES is limited to the amount of the Customer’s order.
.The products sold on the site https://babybulles.co are subject to the legal guarantee of compliance set out in Articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects set out in Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
Legal warranty of conformity.
Article L. 217-4 of the Consumer Code: The seller delivers goods that conform to the contract and is liable for defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery. He is also responsible for defects in conformity resulting from the packaging, the assembly instructions or the installation when the latter has been put at his charge by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility.
Article L. 217-5 of the French Consumer Code: The goods conform to the contract:
1° If it is fit for the purpose usually expected of a similar good and, where appropriate :
– if it corresponds to the description given by the seller and has the qualities that the latter has presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
– if it has the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect in view of the public statements made by the seller, by the producer or by his representative, particularly in advertising or labelling;
2° Or if it has the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or is suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the attention of the seller and accepted by the latter.
Article L. 217-12 of the Consumer Code: The action resulting from the lack of conformity is prescribed by two years from the delivery of the goods.
Guarantee of defects in the thing sold.
Article 1641 of the Civil Code:The Seller is bound by the warranty for hidden defects of the thing sold which make it unfit for the purpose for which it was intended, or which so diminish this use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have given only a lesser price, if he had known about them.
Article 1648 of the Civil Code: The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the buyer within two years of the discovery of the defect.
When he acts in legal guarantee of conformity, the Customer :
– has a period of two years from the delivery of the goods to act;
– may choose between repair or replacement of the good, subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L.217-9 of the Consumer Code;
– is exempted from proving the existence of the lack of conformity of the good during the twenty-four months following the delivery of the good.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee that may have been granted.
The Customer may decide to implement the warranty against hidden defects of the thing sold within the meaning of Article 1641 of the Civil Code and may in this case choose between the resolution of the sale or a reduction of the sale price in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code.
